Your lungs can be damaged permanently if you are using them frequently. When you puff on cigarettes, you breathe tons of propane and gas. This is not a healthy or good thing. If you think about it, the volume of toxic chemicals in cigarettes are much higher than the propane and gas you are breathing in.
